IHRC-COP31 SIMULATION CONFERENCE 2026. 24-25 OCTOBER 2026 BY ZOOM
Road to COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye
International Human Rights Commission as IGO and International Human Rights Commission Relief Fund Trust as INGO are proud to organise the IHRC-COP31 Simulation Conference 2026, an annual international initiative that brings together World Leaders, Diplomats, Scholars, Recherchers, students, and Youth from around the world to simulate the Conference of the Parties (COP).
The initiative is designed to develop students’ skills in climate literacy, diplomacy, negotiation, and policy advocacy while also enhancing youth capacities in research, evidence-based policy development, leadership, teamwork, and innovation.
It provides hands-on experience in climate action and policymaking, offers exposure to soft diplomacy and engagement on international climate platforms, promotes cross-cultural collaboration among participants from diverse backgrounds, and contributes to shaping them as active climate agents and advocates.
Due to its significant impact, the IHRC-COP31 Simulation Conference 2026 will held under the patronage of the Chairman Senate of Pakistan as Co President of the IHRC EPC, and is supported by a wide range of national and international institutions.
The IHRC-COP31 Simulation Conference 2026 will be organised in partnership with a leading academic institution from the country holding the COP Presidency of COP28, 29, and 30.
This initiative will continue to grow each year and produce two final communiqués that will be presented in the COP31 Türkiye Presidency in November 2026 at Antalya.
Participants who will successfully complete the Program will receive official certificates recognising their excellence in:
1. Climate diplomacy and advocacy
