INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS AFRICA LEADERSHIP PAGEANT (IHRALP)
IHRALP initiative is an Intergovernmental Social Development Partnership Programme comprising various Projects that converge the aspirations of ongoing UN growth and development Agendas such as the SDGs as well as the African Union’s Agenda 2063. All Governments and other local and continental development partners and stakeholder segments are encouraged to take the keenest possible interests in IHRALP and to, for the sake of their stated and implied oaths of Office, charity, humanity and other virtues, contribute most meaningfully to IHRALP’s actualization shortly to permanently and irreversibly arrest all forms of youth agitations and protests that render Africa further less likely to achieve modern continental development.
The African Youth should no longer suffer neglect! IHRALP is a youth leadership potentials discovery, development and advancement platform: it comprises the widest possible spectrum of youth talents and giftedness development activities beginning at the grassroots upwards. It is through the regular and consistent organization, promotion, hosting of these events at all their various levels that the potential leaders amongst the youth would emerge. Their talents are then developed and advanced for political parties, sponsors, governments and other end-users to utilize them. The discovery of youth leadership potentials would be gleaned by all through the televised channels hence IHRALP is inherently a Reality Television Programme and much more!
IHRALP will, by this unique design, arrest all forms of youth agitations and protests forthwith by creating productive and enduring engagements for them.
This is done by the creation of the opportunities for them to own and creatively manage their own private enterprises through which they may participate, own and manage as well as report these youth engagement events and activities. IHRALP provides all Governments with the handles to more efficiently administer (controlling and directing) youth development across Africa. The Governments are rewarded with the return of esteem, loyalty, compliance of youths and a more conducive, secure peace and calm in the society that allows for the predictable growth of national economies everywhere in the continent!
The chief objective of IHRALP is the empowerment, repositioning and other advantageous management of the entirety of Africa’s Youth populations into a potent emerging leadership force across the entire continent and in the African Diaspora by identifying their latent strengths, creating the widest spectrum of livelihood and other opportunities that harness their strengths, reduce and where possible, eliminate their weaknesses and the threats they pose in their current disposition to societal and public order as previously disenfranchised and uncharted populations!
IHRALP further involves Diplomatic and Inter-Governmental Partnership Programme between the following chief tripartite sectors – Governments, the Corporate Sectors, and
the IHRC RFT Africa Region HQ. IHRC RFT Africa lends support to the IHRALP to work on ways and means of maintaining relations with African countries. Thus, platforms are created for interface on the foreign policy, plans for trade agreements, development assistance, humanitarian aid and the commitment to international peacekeeping which forms the basis for bilateral and multilateral relations with countries and international organizations. IHRC RFT can provide assistance in countries and create opportunities for trade and investment with the IHRALP.
