Excellency Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, IHRC Chief, addressed the inaugural ceremony establishing the Regional Bureau of IHRC RFT in Africa. The ceremony was attended by the Representative of State of Senegal on behalf of the President of Senegal and Representatives of the Ministry of Interior, Women’s, Culture and Foreign Affairs of Senegal. The Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Senegal also joined along with many dignitaries.

The National Country Directors of IHRCRFT from Gambia, Guinea-Conakry, Mali, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Congo Brazzaville, and other IHRC high officials of Nigeria and Morocco was also present in the ceremony.
